All artwork includes tracking details , carefully packaged to travel the long hauls professionally.
Packaging
All prints and originals are packaged secure with 2 layers of bubble wrap and heavy duty boxes protecting your artwork.

Artworks including prints under 95cm are shipped via Australia Post while artworks and prints over 100cm are delivered via courier (TNT, StarTrack and DHL). All original artworks include sign on delivery unless specified by you.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are not accepted for change of mind unless previously arranged with Amanda Skye. Exchanges and credit notes must also be coordinated through Amanda Skye. To be eligible for an exchange on an original artwork, items must be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. To initiate an exchange, please contact us.. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. For any return inquiries, feel free to out to us.

Returns & Refunds
- Prints
Returns and refunds for canvas prints and paper prints are non-refundable as these items are created on a made-to-order basis at the time of purchase. When you place an order, it is submitted directly to our print company, and we do not keep stock on hand. However, if your print arrives damaged, we will issue a hassle-free replacement free of charge. Please ensure you supply photos of the damaged product within 48-72 hours for a smooth resolution.
